Perfect topic for me! I am reading Mark Schaefer’s Social Media Explained. He is also stressing the authentic helpfulness building trust. It is hard at first to shift from sell to help, even though it is my nature to toatlly be helpful. The copy in my head is so businessy, conditioned from decades of SALES!

I represented an emotion company for years, and it was all emotion. To reach in, dig deep and inspire. Trying to apply all that to myself and make it about others, and I keep going me, me, me. Doing it right now! Ha!
